SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m deep for foundations, laying of cables, pipe etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard / dense soil soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified.

M&L for Hard core of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm using broken granite stone agg, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L Moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (Quality Controlled Concrete) work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40 Kg per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including necessary form work for laying in bays between joints & contraction, expansion joints/or between the two contraction joints, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and the like complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1½:3) type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying 3mm thick wall care putty & filling cavities on wall surface to provide smooth even surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly decorated surface of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in path, plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to Fe 410-W [grade E-250 quality A], with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handling door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, fasting and fixing complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plain black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment as under :-(a) preparation of new surface of roof by brushing and applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg of cement per Sqm (b)10mm thick cement screed in CM1:4on concrete surface when concrete is green including finishing even and smooth and including WPC @ 2% by weight of cement. (c) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @1.2 kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @ 0.50 litre /Sq.m as bonding material. (c) APP membrane with a centre core of 90 micron thick HMDHDE film, reinforced with sandwitched polethene film / non woven polyester having weight not less than 3.0 kg / sqm, laid with and including cutting grooves and overlaps of minimum 100mm, with side and end overlaps with LPG torch application, with and including a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @1.2 kg/sqm at top of the membrane and and finally after drying finishing with a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @100 gm/sq.m on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in floors to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified.
