Improvement of Sunapali to Dhankauda via Putapali road from 0-000 km to 1-570 km in the district of Sambalpur under State Plan for the year 2025-26

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantling materials, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr. as per Clause No.202 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000m.as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing GSB Gr-vi materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause -406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing 50mm compacted thick Bituminous Macadam of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade ( VG-30)of bitumen,@ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH (LatestRevision)specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects

Supplying, fitting, fixing of roads sign board as per approve drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67-2010 made of A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides as per requirement in table 6.1 of IRC-67/2010 and as per technical specifically of clause 801.3 supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing including excavation, curring etc. complete under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of bi-directional retro reflective raised pavement markers of approved colour, quality & make confonning to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, taxes, duties, sundries, T &P etc Complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical Specifications and Section- 800, 1600 & 1700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing, filling clean sand of approved quality in road work for construction of drainage layer and foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P.C.C. M-15 Grade in Foundation of structure & CD work with formwork using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700, 2100 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

R.C.C. M-20 grade in RCC drain with formwork using 20mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Foundation

Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415 / Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as per drawing & design required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as per approvrd drawing and technical specification and as per clause-1600 of MoSRTH specification for road & bridge works (Latest Revision ) complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. Steel bars of only MAJOR INTEGRATED STEEL PLANTS like SAIL, RINL, TATA, JINDAL & SHYAM STEEL, etc. of Fe-415 / Fe-500 grade are to be used in the work & if required original bill of . steel has to be produced by the contractor)
