Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following clafication of soils as directed by Engineer Incharge Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS 20B.

Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces in foundation and Basement R.C.C. coloumn footings plinth Beams etc., complete Complying with standard Specification. Without Strutting.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per KiloGram.

R.C.C. 1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly including cost curing, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 Mis using country brick incluting cost of material all labour charges exc completed

Plastring in cm 1:5 mix 12mm thik incluting cost of material all labour charges exc completed

Painting the new walls Two Coats over one coat of priming with best Cement Paint of approved colour and quality including Preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Frabrication, Supply, Delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS Angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 60,000 litres capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and Half sand Three aggregates) Using 20 mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post 10cm x 15cm and steps slab of 25mm x 25mm etc., complete and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Providing CI manhole cover of size 0.60 x .060M in MS Angle fixed along edges and as directed by Engineer Incharge

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete as detailed below.
