Part- A: SITC Work

Outdoor Units Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF outdoor units with multiple compressors complete with inverter based type Scroll/Rotary compressors, R-410A referigerant, cooling & heating mode both options, suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply for outdoor units, special pre-coated fin type heat exchanger, low noise direct driven propeller condenser fans in each module with top discharge.The electronic circuit in each module should be highly advance with Film Capacitors and refrigerant cooled circuits. Every module more than 14 HP should have minimum 2 nos. fans, Each module of outdoor Unit should have Full DC Inverter Scroll/Rotary Compressors & can have single inverter Scroll/Rotary compressor till 14 HP & multiple inverter Scroll/Rotary Compressors beyond 14 HP.Each module shall have single/multiple Inverter based scroll/Rotary compressors as per above mentioned capacities. In case of any of module failure, the rest of system should be capable of operation.GI coated condenser stands, microprocessor panel with sequential starting of condensing unit, coils, expansion valves, filters in referigerant circuits, single phase preventor, all vibration isolators, safeties, in all respect including foundation and anti vibration Pads for ODU, operating range of Compressor for Dry Bulb Temperature -5 to 52 Deg C ( i.e. in cooling mode) and heating mode should be -10 to 15.5 degree, Machine Sound Level should not be more then 69 dB at distance of 1.5 Mtr. Quoted price shall also be inclusive of loading, unloading, lifting & shifting on terrace or other suitable locations as per drawing, positioning charges besides including charges towards structural steel supports, MS base frame duly painted & vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete as required.(COP not less than 3.4 at 100% load in cooling mode at AHRI condition). The unit shall deliver the below mentioned capacity at 42 deg ambient temperature based on the Khushinagar, India ambient conditions during summer. (i) 20 HP (Minimum)

Indoor Units Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF In-door units & Accessories:- Indoor Units shall be Double skin type Air Handling Units, ceiling suspended type of ratings as specified with 24 Ga pre coated G.I. outer and indoor skin and 40mm of suitable PUF insulation, Horizontal type AHU complete with DIDW fans, fan motor Drive, 6 Row Deep DX Cooling Coil, MERV-8 pre filters, Mixing box device, Fire rated canvass connection between CSU and supply air duct, thermal break profile, vibration isolator pad, Expansion Kit, communication kit and wired & wirelessremote controller. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. This shall includes Support structure, all accessories, complete as required.

(i) Ceiling Suspended type AHU: 11 TR (Minimum)/ 4500 CFM

(ii) Ceiling Suspended type AHU: 08 TR (Minimum)/ 3500 CFM

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ceiling Suspended type Treated Fresh Air unit with Double skinned panels to be fabricated with extruded aluminium section framework bolted together with sandwich panel having 24 gauge pre-plasticized outer skin and 24 gauge plain GI inner skin injected with 40 mm thick thermal break profile having suitable PUF insulation of minimum 12 TR & 3500 CFM, 6 Row deep, static 35mm with suitable electronic expansion valve which can communicate with the controller in the VRF condensing unit, complete with forward curved centrifugal driven set non woven synthetic prefilter, required plugtop & cable to connect to socket, including wireless/wired remote control as per specified, all accessories, canvas connection etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF In-door units & Accessories:- Indoor Units shall be ceiling mounted Cassette type as specified. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 230 ±10% volts, 50Hz, 1 phase AC power supply. The indoor unit shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigerant flow rate respond to variations of the air-conditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multiblade type. Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. Indoor units shall have fittings, filter, drain pump in Cassette unit, Panel, required plugtop & cable to connect indoor unit to socket, including wireless remote control as per specified, all accessories, complete as required.

(i) Ceiling mounted 4 way Cassette type: 2 TR, Single Phase

(ii) Ceiling mounted 4 way Cassette type: 1.5 TR Single Phase

SITC of following nominal capacity unitary Inverter type cooling only Hi-wall Split type Air conditioning units comprising of Indoor and Outdoor unit including, suiatble stablizer, cordless remote, refrigerant piping of suitable size between Indoor to outdoor duly insulated & suitable size of copper conductor cables (approximate up to 15 m per unit to be provided), MS structure / frame stand (M S Angle size 50x50x6 mm.) for outdoor unit and required size of drain piping with insulation, complete with indoor hanging arrangement, inclusive of initial charging of refrigerant, etc. complete as required. (R-410A Refrigerant to be used only). Makes as per approved make list

Refrigerent Piping Supply & Fixing of Interconnecting copper refrigerant pipe work of following sizes insulated with (class O) 19 mm / 13 mm thick Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber between indoor and outdoor units i/c refrigrant as per specifications. Pipes shall be fixed with suitable size of clamp / MS hanger / MS support / MS angle as per site requirement. Quoted price shall be inclusive of necessary glass cloth and minimum two layers of UV protection paint to be applied over insulation for all exposed pipes of approved make. Extra support for Y-joints/bend etc to be given as per specification. Piping shall be of following sizes :

Supplying, Fixing and commissioning of imported refrigerant joint/ Branch distributors indoor to outdoor complete with nitrile rubber insulation, supporting, etc, complete as per site requirement.

Supplying, Fixing and commissioning of imported refrigerant joint/ Branch distributors between Outdoor to outdoor complete with nitrile rubber insulation, supporting, etc, complete as per site requirement.

Supplying, charging & testing of additional charge of Refrigerant R410-A including Pressure Testing, Vacumising, etc. complete as required.

Supply and installtion of hot dip G.I. cable tray perforation not more than 17.5% for specific dimensions along with tees, bends, reducers, cross members and other accessories such as suspender from ceiling/ fixed to wall with necessary angle/flat iron / hanging rod, clamps, anchor fastner, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. complete job as required. The tray shall be as follows :-

AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SHEET METAL DUCTING

Supply , fabrication, erection and commissioning of site fabricated rectangular/oval ducts of approved makes using GI Sheets as per site requirement and specification. The price shall include rolamate / TDF flanges, turning vanes, supports (factory fabricated, full threaded rod & GI slotted channel), sealent (neoprene gasket), hangers, access door etc. complete as required. All the longitudinal and transverse joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. All ducts shall be pressure tested as per SMACNA standards for leaks at 2" WC pressure and be as per leakage class 24. (i) 24 G (0.63mm)

Supply , fabrication, erection and commissioning of factory fabricated spiral oval ducts of approved makes using GI Sheets as per specification. supports (factory fabricated, full threaded rod & GI slotted channel), sealent (neoprene gasket), hangers, access door etc. complete as required. All the longitudinal and transverse joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. All ducts shall be pressure tested as per SMACNA standards for leaks at 2" WC pressure and be as per leakage class 24.

DUCT DAMPERS/ DIFFUSERS/ GRILLES/ COLLAR DAMPERS SITC of duct dampers of opposed blades of aluminium aerofil section housed in sturdy aluminium frame with PVC/nylon gears, lockable handle etc.

SITC of Powder coated extruded Aluminium - Grilles/Diffusers for SA / RA .

Supply, installation, testing & balancing of Exhaust Valves for Toilet Exhaust, The valve should provided high initial resistance with wide throttling capability to offset the high system resistances, And finished with powder coating as per specifications & approved shop drawings of size ø150mm

THERMAL & ACOUSTIC INSULATION SITC of Thermal insulation of Supply air and Return air ducts for GI ducting as per specification using 13mm thick closed cell Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulation with aluminium foil facing. Insulation in slab sections stuck to the duct & fixtures using manufacturer approved cold adhesive on both surface of the duct and inner face of the insulation slab section. The joints shall sealed with 48mm wide, 3mm thick self adehesive nitrile rubber tape.

SITC of Acoustic lining of ducting as per specification with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber foam of 140 to 180 kg/cum density, thermal conductivity 0.050w/mk and class 1 rating (Inside surface for the ducts shall be covered with adhesive recommended by manufacturer)

Supply, Fabrication, Installation and Testing of the Insulated Flexible Ducting, complete with connecting rings, duct supports,The flexible duct shall be made of triple lamination of aluminium foil, polyester and Metalised Polyester film permanently bonded to a coated spring steel wire helix. The exterior shall be wrapped with 25mm thick 24 kg / m3 fibreglass insulation. The outer insulation jacket / vapour barrier shall be made of fibreglass reinforced Metalised Polyester film laminate... etc. as per standards and specification

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of all VRV/VRF system including all IDU & ODU of all capacity, Referigerent copper pipe, drain pipe, axial fan, duct/PVC pipe with LT panel for ODU & IDU, split AC, including all installation of PART-A at Interim Terminal Building, Khushinagar Airport i/c carrying out monthly visit for servicing and maintenance of all components as per OEM standards by providing trained service engineer with all tools and plant and spares i/c attending all breakdown repairs as & when required etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge as required.
