Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF outdoor units with multiple compressors complete with inverter based type Scroll/Rotary compressors, R-410A referigerant, cooling & heating mode both options, suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply for outdoor units, special pre-coated fin type heat exchanger, low noise direct driven propeller condenser fans in each module with top discharge.The electronic circuit in each module should be highly advance with Film Capacitors and refrigerant cooled circuits. Every module more than 14 HP should have minimum 2 nos. fans, Each module of outdoor Unit should have Full DC Inverter Scroll/Rotary Compressors & can have single inverter Scroll/Rotary compressor till 14 HP & multiple inverter Scroll/Rotary Compressors beyond 14 HP.Each module shall have single/multiple Inverter based scroll/Rotary compressors as per above mentioned capacities. In case of any of module failure, the rest of system should be capable of operation.GI coated condenser stands, microprocessor panel with sequential starting of condensing unit, coils, expansion valves, filters in referigerant circuits, single phase preventor, all vibration isolators, safeties, in all respect including foundation and anti vibration Pads for ODU, operating range of Compressor for Dry Bulb Temperature -5 to 52 Deg C ( i.e. in cooling mode) and heating mode should be -10 to 15.5 degree, Machine Sound Level should not be more then 69 dB at distance of 1.5 Mtr. Refrigerent Piping Supply & Fixing of Interconnecting copper refrigerant pipe work of following sizes insulated with (class O) 19 mm / 13 mm thick Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber between indoor and outdoor units i/c refrigrant as per specifications. Pipes shall be fixed with suitable size of clamp / MS hanger / MS support / MS angle as per site requirement. Quoted price shall be inclusive of necessary glass cloth and minimum two layers of UV protection paint to be applied over insulation for all exposed pipes of approved make. Extra support for Y-joints/bend etc to be given as per specification. Piping shall be of following sizes :

AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SHEET METAL DUCTING
Supply , fabrication, erection and commissioning of site fabricated rectangular/oval ducts of approved makes using GI Sheets as per site requirement and specification. The price shall include rolamate / TDF flanges, turning vanes, supports (factory fabricated, full threaded rod & GI slotted channel), sealent (neoprene gasket), hangers, access door etc. complete as required. All the longitudinal and transverse joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. All ducts shall be pressure tested as per SMACNA standards for leaks at 2" WC pressure and be as per leakage class 24. (i) 24 G (0.63mm)

THERMAL & ACOUSTIC INSULATION SITC of Thermal insulation of Supply air and Return air ducts for GI ducting as per specification using 13mm thick closed cell Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulation with aluminium foil facing. Insulation in slab sections stuck to the duct & fixtures using manufacturer approved cold adhesive on both surface of the duct and inner face of the insulation slab section. The joints shall sealed with 48mm wide, 3mm thick self adehesive nitrile rubber tape.
SITC of Acoustic lining of ducting as per specification with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber foam of 140 to 180 kg/cum density, thermal conductivity 0.050w/mk and class 1 rating (Inside surface for the ducts shall be covered with adhesive recommended by manufacturer)
Supply, Fabrication, Installation and Testing of the Insulated Flexible Ducting, complete with connecting rings, duct supports,The flexible duct shall be made of triple lamination of aluminium foil, polyester and Metalised Polyester film permanently bonded to a coated spring steel wire helix. The exterior shall be wrapped with 25mm thick 24 kg / m3 fibreglass insulation. The outer insulation jacket / vapour barrier shall be made of fibreglass reinforced Metalised Polyester film laminate... etc. as per standards and specification

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract of all VRV/VRF system including all IDU & ODU of all capacity, Referigerent copper pipe, drain pipe, axial fan, duct/PVC pipe with LT panel for ODU & IDU, split AC, including all installation of PART-A at Interim Terminal Building, Khushinagar Airport i/c carrying out monthly visit for servicing and maintenance of all components as per OEM standards by providing trained service engineer with all tools and plant and spares i/c attending all breakdown repairs as & when required etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge as required.
