M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble un coursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cm 1:6 including bond stone all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate, as in coping including necessary form work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling of granite or trap stone for hammer dressing to faces stones and dressing of face of beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling un coursed or brought up to course with maximum depression on face straight edge held against the dressing surface not exe 40mm all as specified.

Material Labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick,water and rammed to a surface complete all as specified.

M&L For 75mm thick cement concrete 1 :4:8 Type D-2 Using 40mm graded stone aggregate for sub base of floors complete all as specified.

M & L providing river sand/M-sand cushioning below paver block, thickness average 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with gray cement and pigment including necessary compaction complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work / pre cast concrete article / stone masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and mixed with Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering of 10 mm thick rendering with CM 1: 4 on stone masonry surfaces including concrete surface finished with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces on external walls and applying two coat of Cement base paintover one coat of chalk whiting surface complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

S/F Joist, channel, angle ot tee sections, post fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc(cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated quality conforming to Fe 410-W(gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS flat iron fillets in posts and struts in fencing ,drilling holes (for securing wire mesh etc),including necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe 410-0or fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size (or) type of 3mm to 4mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type toany type of standards, rails, straning bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 5 to 10mm mild steel in flat, round (or) square bars, in available length FE 410 W (GDE- E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild stell screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other ,each screwed end to to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nut , exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incluidng necessary preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wrought iron (or) mild steel work ,of any descriptionn not otherwise prasided complete all as specified and as directed.
