Removing wall and floor tiles / stone flooring / IPS of any type at all levels and floors, by using advanced mechanical tools and tackles, to ensure minimum noise and disturbance, including removing bed mortar / back plaster and disposing the debris with all leads and lifts complete as directed.

Removing / Breaking / Dismantling existing brick / laterite stone masonry at all levels and floors, carefully and without collateral damage, of any thickness including plaster, and disposing the debris with all leads and lifts complete as directed.

Removing / Breaking / Dismantling existing loose plaster in walls and ceiling, of any thickness at all levels and floors, as directed by E.I.C., carefully and without collateral damage and disposing the debris with all leads and lifts complete as directed. In case of any damage the same to be restored to original without any extra cost

Demolishing RCC / PCC work at all levels and floors, manually / by mechanical means and disposing the debris with all leads and lifts complete as directed.

Dismantling existing Doors, Windows, Glazing, Rolling Shutter, Ventilators, etc (steel or wood or aluminum) at all levels and floors, manually or by mechanical means including frames, holdfasts etc. complete, stacking serviceable material as directed at site and disposing debris as directed with all leads and lifts complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 in steps , ramp , kerb wall , coping, levelling floors, anchor blocks etc including necessary shuttering, curing, viberating, compacting etc, at all heights and locations as directed by the Architect etc complete.

Proving & laying reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supplying & laying Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo- mechanically Treated bars 500 D

Providing & laying formwork using only steel props for different floor heights, using steel or plywood shutters, using mould oils for formwork etc. and including removal of formwork

Providing and laying one coat of SBR Based bonding agent laid over concrete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by EIC

Providing and installing galvanised mechanical Safety stud anchor HST3 M12x185 110/90 in concrete for supporting brackets for ladder etc including drilling holes, as per manufacturer's specifications, scaffolding, all tools and tackles, etc. (Anchor to be of HILTI make or equivalent)

Providing and installing galvanised mechanical Heavy-duty anchors HSL-3 M20/30 in concrete for Base plate of Ladder / supporting brackets for column steel work, etc including drilling holes, as per manufacturer's specifications, scaffolding, all tools and tackles, etc. (Anchor to be of HILTI make or equivalent)

Providing and laying second class fly-ash brick masonry with conventional I. S. type brick in cement morter 1:4 at all levels and floors including striking joints,raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying second class fly-ash brick masonry of 115 mm thickness with conventional I. S. type brick in cement morter 1:4 at all levels and floors including the R.C.C band of 75 mm consisting of 2 nos. of 6mm mild steel round bars with 6mm binders at 150 mm centre to centre properly bent and bonded at ends, including striking joints,raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing & appyling internal cement plaster 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to brick masonry, block masonry or concrete surface in all positions and heights including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specification & drawings and as directed by E.I.C.

Providing & appyling external cement plaster 18 mm thick in two coats in cement mortar (12 mm base coat 1:5 + 6 mm finishing coat 1:3) to brick masonry, block masonry or concrete surface in all positions and heights including scaffolding, curing etc.complete as per specification & drawings and as directed by E.I.C

Providing and fixing Glass fibre cloth mesh at the junction of R.C.C. members and brick work, of approved quality including fixing mesh in position by necessary nailing in concrete or / masonry and or tying by binding wire etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position polished Kota Stone flooring 550mm x 550mm of approved quality 25mm thick in plain / diamond pattern on a bed of cement mortar 1:6 including cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, curing, polishing and cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position skirting or dado of polished Kota Stone slab of approved quality 25mm to 30mm thick on plaster in cement mortar 1:4, including cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, curing, polishing and cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 18-20 mm thick line polished, gangsaw cut Granite for window framing, door frame & for Floors etc. at all heights of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, jointed with standard epoxy Adhesive jointing of Araldite (Standard type) - including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. as directed by EIC. For Window , Door , Jamb , Bench , wall cladding /Dado etc

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 600x600 tile (Basic rate of tile of Rs. 600/- per sq m)

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment: Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration. (The work should be executed through an authorised/specialised agaency. The Guarantee period should be 10 Years).

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration. (The work should be executed through an authorised/specialised agaency. The Guarantee period should be 10 Years)

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration. (The work should be executed through an authorised/specialised agaency. The Guarantee period should be 10 Years)
