Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. Providing and Applying high strength, hybrid polyurethane Waterproofing coating which is two component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.6 L/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm glass fibre mesh 10N/mm2 , Elongation ≥ 200%, confirming to ASTM D 2370; Abrasion resistance 15mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 3 mm, including surface preparation, ensure surface in SSD condition for first coat and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Chipping and removing the existing delaminated portion of the concrete surface such as beams columns, ceiling etc.,to the required depth and exposting the rods and dismantled area shall be thoroughly cleaned using sand plaster and wash the surface and steel rebars to remove ball loose particles and additional reinforcement be provided if required and bnoth the existing and new reinforcemnt rods shall be provided with two coats of TEC BEAT ZR Exit Zinc Rich reinforcement Coating system and Mixing and applying mineral based cementations bonding coat Tec bond SBR by brush to the revetted treatment surface and applying coarse repair mortar (Cement mortar mixed with chips) Mixed with the Tec proposal 300 finally guiting the cement mortar 1:3 over the required area by using 7Kg.(100psi) working pressure of air compressor and cement plastering in CM 1:4 mixed with Tec proposal 300 and Tec cure WB shall be applied as curing membrane etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
