Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls/ ceiling surfaces in patches etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water; rubbish off the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings, finished even and fair without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and chalk whitening all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down, steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No. 6.00 above but on ceiling surfaces.

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots on walls and applying one coat of cement base paint including cleaning the floor/ joinery surfaces, glass panes all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/rectngular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles shades and colour including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for receiving of floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles shades and colour and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8, type D2, 100mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles mixed with grey cement and pigment of size 200x 200 x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M Sand filling, 50 mm thick and levelling before laying 60mm thick interlocking paver block all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on surface of brick /concrete surface in CM 1:3 on wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilings

Cement plaster in CM 1:4 ,5 mm thick,with WPC over 10 mm thick dubbing coat in CM 1:6 finished even and fair on wall surfaces of brick/ concrete works all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer specified and as directed.
