Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from PAC Holder i.e. M/S. GEMMI METALL TECHNIK (INDIA) PVT LTD - BANGALORE or from authorized dealer of PAC holder. Authorized dealer has to upload authorization from PAC holder with their offer.

[i] Bank Account details for the purpose of payment shall be taken as appearing in the profile of the vendor in IREPS. In case, there is any change in the bank account details, vendors are advised to update their bank account details in their IREPS profile. Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non- MSE firm.
