Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plain Cement Concrete using C.C.1:1.5:3 using 20mm broken stone

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in- situ and pointed with same coloured cement

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333

Painting old wall surface with Two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality including cleaning of plaster surface with soap soda and water by manual labour.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the Old iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Fabrication supply and fixing of fully paneled double leaf steel door made of 40x40x6mm MS angle for outer frame and shutter made out of 35x35x6mm MS angle with necessary stiffness 32x6mm and flats at 30cm interval and necessary cross diagonal MS flats. The shutter frame should be fully covered by 18G GR sheet and provided with required locking arrangements and one coat of red oxide paint and primer etc… Fully Panelled Double Leaf Door size 2.00*1.60m

Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable tabate for housing the shutter etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing water closet 580mm size European type Indian make with (P) trap including fixing a pair of foot rests over a bed of brick jelly concrete in LM 1:2 using 40mm broken brick jelly 100 mm thick and top plastered with C.M. 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick etc. complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)
