Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent. The manufacturer firm must have satisfactorily executed at least one single purchase order for a minimum of 20% of the total tender value or multiple purchase orders totaling 20% or more of the tender value of Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE for the tendered item, or items having the same description but different sizes/ratings/capacities, during the previous five financial years and the current financial year up to the date of tender closing. Purchase Officers may consider such firms for bulk order after duly taking into account the overall performance of the firm
