Step 2-Apply the first coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liter per minute with a minimum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3- Allow 6-8 Hours time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.80 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and applying the same with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute at a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: Subsquent coat of painting shall be done after allowing 6 - 8 hours to dry the primed surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on newly putty prepared surfaces using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 Meter. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer, duly certified by the paint manufacturer, with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage. The spray machine should have accessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and to penetrate the distemper on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

The spray machine should have accessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and to penetrate the distemper on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sanding of surface shall be done by mechanical sander duly certified by the paint manufacturer with 1500-2700 RPM, with internal dust extraction system for clean enviroment. Notes for item Nos 97 to 101:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of material i.e. Paint, Distemper, cement based paint, putty which is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by the Garrison Engineer. (b) The contractor shall upload alognwith the documents under cover I Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with any one of the manufacturer given in bid documents failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
