The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fastners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joints of two panel for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of grid may vary depending on the size of wall. Optionally a strip of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at edges shall be struck at the places where two panels are jointed, using solvent including dismantling of old wooden boarding complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 12mm thick Frosted Toughned Glass fixed on patch hinges/pivot for smooth functioning in door shutter including stainless steel handle of 8 inches long and mortice locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scatching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scubbing and washing the top layer with brushes by using water to expose the stone chippings including necessary scaffolding upto 25m height complete all as specified and as directed Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

M&L for forming groove of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed of the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Door sensor machine of sliding door with toughened glass 12 mm thick of main entrance of Auditorium gate, including necessary parts as required and repairing parts of Motor,Module,Power Supply etc with all required accessories, and make Sliding door functionable in all respects complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. Make:-Ozon,Dorma or equvalent approved by GE.

Taking down Urinal/Urinal Sensor machine, for repairing including providing necessary spare parts such as battery, Sensor part, Wiring etc. as required for smooth functioning and refixing the Urinal/Urinal sensor in the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
