Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating Each deposited layers by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5 mt etc. including cost of all labour, sundries T & P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Flyash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:4), immersing the bricks in water before use,splays cutting, circular moulding , corbelling,curing and watering etc.including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying in position machine batched,/ machine mixed concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including laying of concrete using 12 mm 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement , improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer- In - Charge. including cost all materials, conveyance , royalties and taxes, loading and unloading cost of all labour,sundries, T&P etc.complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending,binding, placing in position and cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing steel centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports with level centering covered with 50 micron polythene sheet/bituminous paper . as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge and dismantling or removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete. a.)Columns Footings
