Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling in beam or paving laid in layer n exc 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick soling (or subbase) with brocken boulders or quarried sone, interstices filled, of 40 to 63 mm graded stone surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep in surface area n exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM Granite trap or basalt with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or size 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated with to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 with bitumen content @4% by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne to a smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep including clearing and trimming of vegetation on shoulder/berm in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (d) The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years

M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic paint compound on black top surface or existing painted surface applied hot mixing plant of heating plastic material to a standard temprature with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2 mm by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 Kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250 Gms/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair high density grade reflectors/delinators of 80 mm O/D heavy duty mild steel pipe and 1050 mm high with head cap, hydraulic machine pressed by hot processing over weld mesh, two coat of black paint by hit processing over a coat of red oxide primer and reflective strips HIP grade 07 Nos Red colour 04 Nos (12.50mm x250mm), white colour 01 No (75mmx250mm), Yellow colour 02 Nos (75mmx250mm) as per most and IRC specification including outer jalli with and including necessary excavation and earth work embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded agreegate, PCC block size should be 30cmx30cmx45cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror of 75cm to 90cm dia made of polycarbonate including fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair speed bump made from heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property, UV stabilized black & yellow combination, High reflective reflectors having L=70mm, width = 23mm available onboth sides in red or yellow colour of size h=50mm, W=380mm, L=500 mm fixed on the road by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes solar reflective type of aluminium alloy body solid of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Precast cement concrete kerb stone in any floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment over 50mm thick sand cushoining complete all as specified and directed.
