CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR PUBLIC ADDRESSING SYSTEM

Civil and Electrical Works for Public Addressing System at BPCL MCI To enhance communication, particularly during emergency situations, a Public Address (PA) system is to be installed within the licensed area of BPCL MCI. A tender was previously floated for this system, but the initial scope did not account for certain essential electrical and civil works required for the successful implementation of the system. These additional activities include the supply and laying of cables, and the supply and fixing of GI poles for speaker placement which also includes civil works for the foundation. These additional electrical and civil works are crucial for the effective functioning of the PA system. Without these activities, the installation cannot be completed as intended. Hence it is proposed to execute the same so that the indented works are completed on time without any hindrance. Bidders are invited to bid for the same. Verified.
