Construction of Road From Masjid Mohammadiya To Bilal Ahmad Bakhari at Tang Bagh Jogi Lankar

Taking out of GEOTAGGED photographs of size 150mm x 100mm at site before execution of work, during execution and after completion of work including submitting the same to the engineer incharge.

Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and disposal of surplus material upto dumping site as directed by engineer incharge including all costs and carriages complete.

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and inequalities, not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of the rubbish beyond SMC limits in all kinds of soils complete.

Providing and laying stone soling duly hand packed in trenches including proper ramming, watering etc. complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in grade 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size (Crushed) including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. using grade “A” sealing compound complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.

Raising of manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the same as required complete.

Providing, laying and placing in position 100mm dia PVC pipes of (Prince Make or eq.) of Class Type-B including all fixtures/ fittings and connecting the same to drains including trench excavation, leveling in desired slope, refilling the material as directed by site incharge complete.
