Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light / bell point/exhaust point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps complete all as directed. Note - All accessories likes modular top cover plate/ hylum sheet cover plate with frame, Metal flush box, screws as applicable will be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in and including PVC conduit with wall thickness 1.6mm thick and including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB/Panel to sub DB complete all as directed. Note : 1. The two run of 2.5 Sqmm wire, one run of 2.5 Sqmm wire and 1 mtr PVC conduit pipe will be measured as one unit.

Material and labour in replacement of Sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in and including cutting and chasing,and also PVC conduit suitable dia as per SSR part-I with medium grade including 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note : 1. The two run of 4.0 Sqmm wire, one run of 4.0 Sqmm wire and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

All as per srl item no. 11 here-in-before but with 2 run of 6.0 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 6.0 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electric bell of DINGDONG type, 240 volts, single pole and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB protected modular AC/Geyser box 3 module complete with and including 6 pin socket 25 amps, plug top, modular cover plate, mini MCB SP 25 Amp capacity and PVC gang box etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure distribution board, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and metal door with IP - 43 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete for 12 way.

S&F in repairs Building security light with high efficient high power LED street light 30 watt with lens with pressure die cast aluminium housing and enclosed with toghened glass, PF>0.95 and Voltage rated 220V to 240V etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of service bracket for mounting on wall of the bldg using 32mm bore light grade GI pipe with fixing accessories likes as clamps, fastener, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repairs energy efficient wall/ceiling mounted LED bulk head light fitting 10 watt, PF>0.95 and Voltage rated 220V to 240V etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fresh air fan PVC body single phase, 240 volts, upto 1200 RPM of 200mm sweep, copper winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per sl item No.42 but 250 mm Sweep.

Supplying and fixing in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of 6 sqmm area.

Taking down unserviceable ceiling / exhaust / cabin / wall / air circulator / padestal fans of any type / make / capacity from various locations of AHRR complex by disconnecting the electrical connection and overhauling the same comprising of cleaning the fans to remove sticky dust with cloth or emery paper, oiling, greasing, including replacement of defective parts such as split pins, terminal block, rubber reel, PVC bush, body screws, MS stator shaft work, Machining of shaft & fan body for making housing etc, applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint match with existing surface (white/green/gray colour) after prepration of old surfaces, marks MES Nos & AGE E/M RRH using black colour on all types fans and refixing the same in position after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- 1. Any parts other than indicated in item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-after as supply only, however labour charges for taking down and fixing of these parts (except item catered M&L ) are deemed to be included in quoted rates

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan mortor of 1200 to 1400mm dia sweep including cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding wire, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the fan motor with and including super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate/same gauge using insulating materials, varnishing the core assembly, drying the winding for adequate period to remove the moisture content, strengthening the winding and re-assembling the core including testing to the speed and flow of the fans, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 46 here-in-before but for Exhaust fan of 230 to 380 mm sweep size.

Supply only factory made ceiling fan down rod 0.3 m long, made out of heavy grade MS conduit of 19/20 mm outer dia, with hole at both ends for passing cable, cut at one end for fixing of fan, hole at other end for fixing fan clamp, duly painted with white synthetic enemel paint of 1st quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item no 53 here-in-before but 0.9 m long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep and top edge of plate not less than 1.25 mtr below ground level and connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia fixed by means of nuts bolts etc including light grade GI pipe 15 mm dia bore for protection of GI wire 4mm dia, connected to earth test point surrounded by packed alternative layers of charcoal and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom complete all as shown in plate No 5 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including provn of PCC chamber 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways as in reinforcement, necessary excavation, earthwork, returning filling and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
