Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant flow modular type air conditioning system with R410a refrigerant suitable for 415±10%, 50 cycles. The unit shall consist of indoor and outdoor units with individual controller as per detail given in specifications and having following Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient 100 % inverter type BLDC Scroll Compressors with special precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan housed in compact housing duly powder coated and Outdoor unit having COP at 100% load to be minimum 4.0 The outdoor unit should include all loading, unloading, transportation, power cabling/wiring from near the indoor and outdoor units respectively.

SITC of Thermal insulation material for Duct insulation shall be closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam. Thermal conductivity of the insulation material shall not exceed 0.032 W/m°K at an average temperature of 25°C. Density of the material shall be 25-30 Kg/m3.The product shall have temperature range of –40°C to 105oC. The insulation material shall be fire rated for Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 6: 1989 for fire propagation test and as per BS 476 Part 7, 1987 for surface spread of flame test. Water vapour permeability as per DIN 52615 shall not exceed 0.15ng/Pa.Sec.m.

SITC of Insulation material for Duct Acoustic Lining shall be resin bounded fiberglass wool with one side factory laminated either Black Glass Oven Cloth or Black Glass Tissue. The Thermal conductivity of the fiberglass for air- conditioning application shall not exceed 0.034 W/m°K at 25°C mean temperature and average Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC=1, frequency range from100 Hz to 8000Hz ) .The density of insulation material shall be either 32 Kg/m3 and thickness of insulation material shall not less 25 mm.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 KVA Servo Motor controlled oil cooled Automatic Voltage Stabilizer to operate on un balanced3 Phase load (Transformer oil to be cooling medium and shall be ISI marked IS-335 with latest amendments) and suitable to operate on unbalanced input phase voltage of 120 to 280 volts and delivering voltage of 415 ± 1 %, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ± 3 % AC power supply. The stabilizer shall be copper wound in sheet steel case, duly painted and filled with transformer oil.
