M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all around periphery of the wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc)sheet roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated coloured steel sheet, 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled MS joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc.(cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings, timber framed, clean swan and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing false ceiling using cement fiber board of size 600x600x6mm and GI snap grid frame complete all as specified and directed Frame Work: (i) GI angle of size 25x25mm screwed fixed to the parameter of the wall at a level/height as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Main ‘T’ runners: Sections (3600mm long) with ‘H’ slots at 150mm/300mm center in its vertical flange to hold the cross ‘T’ sections are suspended from the soffits with the help of rawl plug, soffits cleats and GI wire (4mm dia) at 1200mm c/c. These sections also have notch at its both ends to increase the length. (iii) Cross ‘T’ runner: Sections of 1200mm length with ‘H’ slot in the center and notches at the both ends are inserted fixed into the main ‘T’ at 600mm c/c to form a regular grid of 600x1200mm cross ‘T’ section of 600mm length is inserted fixed into the 1200mm cross ‘T’ to form a regular grid of 600 x 600mm.

Contd/... (iv) Main ‘T’ Section & cross ‘T’ sections shall be of size 24mm x 32mm whereas angle sections of size 25 x 25mm made of High quality hot dipped GI sheet of thickness 0.30 mm , suspended wire shall be level adjustable type where rawl plug shall be 8mm dia and 50 to 75mm long. (v) Cement fiber board of size 595 x 595 x 6 mm are laid into the grid. Clamp down clips should be placed on the back side of the board (at least 2 per side)

M&L for repairing of aluminium door, window, ventilators for it's smooth functioning including oiling, greasing, tightning of screws, nut, bolt and washers etc or replace with new screws, nut bolt, if found defective complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of miner parts like oil, grease, screws, nut, bolt and washers deemed included in quoted unit rates.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reiveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as wire links at Top, middle, & bottom of chain link fencing for securing, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending for hooping, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing made of 4mm dia GI wire and mesh size not less than 75mm x 75mm including provision of MS binding wires or fixing with nut and bolts with angle iron post complete all as specified and directed . Note : MS bolt, line wire (round bar) and MS angle shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F 18mm thick HDHMR (High density high moisture resistance) board of grade 1 quality make: Green Ply, Action Tesa or other make as approved by GE of one side prelem and other side to suitable for high gloss finish mica of approved quality make : Century or as approved by GE fixed with screws, slovent cement/adhesive to make cupboards etc., cupboard shutters, sides, top, bottom, shelves inside the cabinet shutter or drawer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18mm thick HDHMR (High density high moisture resistance) board of grade 1 quality make: Green Ply, Action Tesa or other make as approved by GE of one side prelem and other side to suitable for high gloss finish mica of approved quality make : Century or as approved by GE and supporting the shelf/partition and shall provide with PVC runners in three sides of shelf size 18 x 18mm as per required length. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf/partition to be edgelipped by 18mm with 1mm thick PVC sheet of density 600kg/Cum density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company using solvent cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails or any other means complete all as specified and directed

S&F hasp and staple, safety type, 150 mm size, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate, fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F 150mm Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised of pattern/design as approved by GE/sample kept in GE's office complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for running welding of matel having thickness exc 6mm but not exceeding 9mm, in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed.
