I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 27 5gm/m2

Providing, fixing and applying plaster of paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm sq M.S. tubes of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25mmx1.25mm thickness welded to main runner and applying POP (calcium sulphate semihydrate variety)to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. fiame work and suspenders complete.

Providing and laying of local round ballies for joist to hold CGI sheet, including cost and carriage complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for• Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Carriage of Cement and steel by Mechanical Transport from an aveerage lead up to 131km.
