Attending complaints in between 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs for checking the existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repair etc as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc. Attending minor repair such as testing, electric connections, fittings, nuts, bolts and screws etc to ceiling fan, exhaust fan at its initial position (without taking down) etc, emergent complaints i.e. no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/sub mains/internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building/block for uninterrupted electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc. required to make the system in order/functional with insulation tape roll, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 1 above, but attending complaints in between 1630hrs to 2300hrs.

Notes for Srl item Nos.1, 2 & 3 :- 1. The site for attending complaints are OTM Accn and Manekshaw Centre at Manekshaw Centre Contractor shall provide adequate Tradesmen (Electrician) alongwith Helper to attend the complaints all the above areas in all working days including holidays and sundays if required as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. 2. The Manekshaw Centre is a prestigeious building have ceiling height varying from 4.00 mtr to 8.50 mtr. It is therefore necessary movable ledder/scaffolding upto 4 mtr height arrangment are be made by the contractor to attend the complaint which should be readly available and contractor quoted rate are inclusive for the same. However where it is inescapable necessary 4 leg scaffolding shall also be provided by the contractor and the same shall be measured and paid under Srl item 92 of this schedule. 3. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 4. The contractor will ensure that the team of electricians with necessary tools bag, shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 5. The complainted are to be attended immediately i.e. within 30 minutes. If the complaint not attended within 30 minutes necessary recovery (panelty) per complaint for not attending the complaint within stipulated time shall be made from the contractors claim as under :- (a) Not attending the complaint 30 minutes to 2 Hrs - Rs.240/complaint. (b) Not attending the complaint beyond 2 Hrs & upto 4 Hrs - Rs.480/complaint. (c) Not attending the complaint beyond 4 Hrs - Rs.2400/complaint. 6. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 7. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 8.The above tradesmen shall not be utilized for the items entered here-in-after as taking down, S&F, M&L, S&F in repairs M&L in repairs etc. and the rate quoted by tenderer are deemed to be included for the same. 9. The material like PVC copper cable 1.50/2.50 Sqm upto 3.00 Mtr, fuse, screws, insulation tape, copper thimbles, glands etc. requried to make the electricity functional are to be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rates are deemed to be included for the same. 10. The rates quoted by the tenderers are deemed to be included for necessary 4 legs steel/bamboo scaffolding and safety precuatisions upto 4 mtr height. Beyond 4 mtr height scaffolding shall be measured and paid seperately. 11. The complaints per day may vary from NIL complaint to 25 complaint per day appx. The manpower may be sitting idle when no complaint are received and no claim shall be entertained while sitting idle or not getting complaint. The quoted rate by the contractor are deemed to be included for this provision.

Taking down burnt/unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or pwer) complete including fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, calling bell etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in but with through existing concealed PVC/ new PVC Conduit concealed and including replacement of modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surface of walls including necessary touch up with adjoining surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/colour work/white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- In existing conduit wiring new conduit will be added where there is a burnt/blokage/damage to the existing conduit including bends/elbows/tees/Junction boxes.

Supply only Exhaust fan MS Louvers upto 450 mm Size, as per sample up to fourth floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Staircase arrangement for fixing of louvers up to fourth floor shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L in replacement earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground in ground (earth pit plate kess than 2.5 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts to earth test point including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit, cover frame, GI pipe 15mm dia light grade with funnel and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicate dsituation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to roof wall other indicate situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm dia galvanised iron strip as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Staircase arrangement for fixing of earth continuity upto to second floor shall be made by the contractor without any cost.

Testing of existing wiring for short circuit/earth fault in the existing wiring system and removal of the short circuit/earth fault in the internal wiring of the buildings by removal of DB, MCB's, main switches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Hiring and providing (aluminium/steel) scaffolding with suitable size to attend the complaints where the room it is more than 4.00 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- 1. The rate quoted by the tenderer are deemed to be included for hiring, transporting (both side), assembling & dismantling of scaffolding after attending the complaint. 2. The complaint shall be measured and paid seperately under Srl item No. 1, 2 & 3 of this schedule. 3. This item shall applicable only Srl item No.1, 2 & 3 of this schedule.

Descalling of geyser 25/35 ltrs capacity of any make, opening up complete for inspection descalling by chemical treatment of internal tank, themrostate pipe, base plate assembly including replacement of gaskets testing and refixing in position including making electrical and water connection complete all as specified and as directed.
