Inspection, centering, alignment and setting of UGB, LGB & TGB bearing pads of Unit-II Vertical Pelton Turbine, including measurement of existing clearances, checking of pad contact, removal of high points, minor dressing/polishing of scratches on bearing pads wherever required, adjustment through shims/wedges, verification of shaft position and load sharing, setting of pad gaps uniformly within 0.15–0.17 mm as per OEM recommendations, tightening, locking, barring check, recording of readings and submission of final clearance report. Complete with all labour, tools, tackles and consumables required for satisfactory completion of work.
