Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of two nos. 1.2 cusec X 12-14 BHP having head minimum 10 mtr, air cooled diesel driven engine, raw water, quick self priming, non-clogging dewatering pump set to be mounted on towable trolley mechanism as per the detailed specifications below, at Ware House Dewatering store Jammu.

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of raw water, quick self priming, non-clog, 1.2 cusecs discharge X 12-14 BHP having minimum head-10 mtr. pump in std CI construction with gland packed sets , coupled with air cooled diesel engine having 1480-1500 rpm , mounted on common base frame. The engine pump set should be conforming to Bureau of Indian standards(BIS) with latest amendments. The dewatering engine pump set shall be inspected from third party agency i.e M/S CEIL/RITES/Any other Govt. approved agency. The inspection charges shall be borne by the firm/contractor. The dewatering engine pump set to be dispatched at dewatering store Ware House Jammu. Providing and filling of M-oil to engine as per requirement. Job further includes designing and fabrication of towable trolley and mounting the dewatering pump set on trolley for easy transportation of the pumping unit. The job includes providing of 4’’ MS channel having minimum 5mm thickness and 15 feet in length approx., MS angle 40mm X 40mm X 5mm thickness as per requirement, GI pipe having dia 2’’ as per requirement ( 2 to 3 feet in length approx.). Job involves proper cutting and welding of MS channel, MS angle to fabricate the frame of trolley for dewatering engine pump set. Providing and fitting of suitable axel to trolley frame with proper bearing housing assembly for fitting rim of tyres. Providing and fitting of GI pipe stand with proper hole for pin for resting of load of trolley at one end. Providing and fitting of hook system at one side of trolley for towing. Providing and fitting of 02 Nos. R-14 tyres to trolley. Mounting of base frame of dewatering engine pump set on channel frame of trolley by proper fastening of nuts bolts or welding. Assembling and alignment of engine pump set on base frame properly. Job further involves painting of trolley frame with two coats of red oxide primer and then two coats of black paint. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 25 feet long of requisite dia and canvas cotton hose pipe for delivery 100 feet long in length of requisite dia, foot valve, GI-nipples, Clamps etc at dewatering store Ware House Jammu. Job involves carriage of engine pump set to nearby source of water and testing the engine pump set and back shifting to dewatering store Ware House Jammu.. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, loading and unloading charges, carriage charges and hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job. Inclusive of all taxes. Complete job.
