1.1.1/P62) Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 2 KM lead.

4.2.3) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :4.2.3 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cum 5,822.15

05.02.00) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five level (a hight of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

05.09.05) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for walla, columns, beams, roofs, slabs, Lintels, girders, bressumers and cantilevers at all hights above ground level as directed by Engineer-in-charge in all shapes and sizes.

06.03.03) Providing & laying Brick masonry in superstructure in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing, all complete in Cement mortar (1 Cement:6 sand) up to a hight of floor V ( 20 metres from ground level). (Ash bricks and cement will be issued free of cost at respective location ).

15.23.00) Dismantling of concrete work in floors , side slopes of water reservoir/ tanks and including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) .

15.03.00) Dismantling of R.C.C. work including stacking of bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs. lead as directed including cutting reinforcement bars from RCC work etc. complete.

15.59.00) Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

13.60.00) Providing, painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved make / shade as per colour scheme on walls on old / new surface etc complete.The works shall shall include the preparation of surface by sand papering, wire brushing, removal of scales and peeled off surfaces , filling the depressions,nail holes by putty and painting uniformly without any patches and brush markings.The area must be cleaned after completion of painting work. For two or more coat with new colour at all hight.

13.43.01) Applying a coat of approved water thinnable cement primer on new/old cement plaster surface after removing the colour wash/white wash & foreign particles rubbing with sand paper as directed etc. complete at all hight.

13.26.00) Applying putty ( J K White putty or equivalent ) on the old/new walls to give an even surface & smooth after cleaning the colour wash/ white wash/distemper with wire brush or sand paper with all materials, tools & takles etc. all complete at all hight.

13.02.02) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a hight up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.44.01) Supplying, Applying and Finishing walls with two coats of approved water proofing cement paint of required shade, including cleaning the surface, applying water before painting and curing up to 7 days, including necessary scaffolding all complete. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) .

10.02.00) Transporting, fabricating, erecting and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in columns, trusses, girders, frames, guard bar, brackets, gates, windoes, grills doors, shutters , anchor plates and similar type works including all labours all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( All Structural steels will be issued free of cost at NALCO's store).

12.01.02) Fixing in position CGI Sheets/translucent fibre reinforced plastic sheet of standard sizes/PPGL sheets/ Aluminium alloy sheets including taking delivery from NALCO's Stores for all works in roofs, walls gables, claddings and louvers etc. including all accessories like self drilling screw, stitch bolts limpet washers, bitumen washers etc. including cutting, mitering, drilling, temporary, scaffolding, staging with safety rules, all labours, tools tackles etc. all complete at all height.(CGI SHEET/TRANSLUCENT REINFORCED FIBRE GLASS SHEET/PPGL sheets/Aluminium alloy sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

12.04.1) Taking delivery from NALCO"s Store, transportation to site and fixing plain GI sheet/ PPGL sheet of 600 mm width for ridge, cornor pieces, flashings, north light curves bargeboards etc, bent to shape fixed with supply and fixing of approved self drilling screw, bolts, nuts. GI limpet and bitumen washers approved make, necessary laps, finishing, providing hooks, nuts, sitch bolts etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge at all heights.(ONLY PLAIN GI SHEETS/ PPGL sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

05.22.03) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

10.20.1) Providing and fixing bolts of required size in position, including nuts and washers, including all materials, all labours for threading and fixing all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

11.26.01) Supplying and laying Kota stone slab of 25 mm thickness flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : , including all materials and labours etc.( Cement shall be issued free of cost .)

11.39.00) Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. ( Cement shall be issued free of cost.)

09.01.00) Supply, fabricating and fixing well seasoned approved quality sal wood chowkath frame for doors, windows, ventilators ,shutters or any other places of all sizes with or without fan light duly fixed in jambs including providing 40 x 3mm flatiron holdfast 400mmlong including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and embedding in cement concrete block 300x 100 x 150mm with 1:3:6 mix concrete using 6nos holdfasts in each door frame and 4nos in each window frame includingpainting with 2 coats of approved qlty synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and painting the surface of chowkath which comes in contact with masonry with one coat of bitumen paint etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of Engr-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

09.20.01) Supplying and fixing in position flush wooden doors shutters with 35 mm nominal thickness solid type flush shutter,with decorative type plywood facing on both faces with oxidised butt hinges necessary screws,cleats and sand Blocks includingapplying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints of ICI or equivalant over a coat of primer for shutters hinges etc including all fittings as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

09.96.01) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :Sliding door bolts 300mm x16mm sizes.

09.97.02) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : Tower bolt of size 250 mm x 10 mm .

9.100) Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 100 mm size.

10.30.01) Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes.
