Improvement to RFB of river Rushikulya Near village Pakidi under Aska Block.

Clearing and grubbing proposed embankment land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbes, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlire and disposal of top organic material not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned with all leads, lifts & delifts on premeasurement including all cost of labour, T&P, cess etc complete excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in any approved type of soil in approved borrow area free from logs, stumps, roots or any other ingredients likely to deteriorate or effect the stability of bed, bank by mechanical means, loading into & transportation by mechanical means and unloading soil with all leads & lifts on properly prepared & scientifically approved surface free from weeds, roots and shrub jungles ,including, spreading & leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make the fill ready for watering and compaction by sheep foot roller & dozer or any other suitable compaction equipments approved by Engineer-in-charge in flood / canal bank of all heights and including cost of all materials, T&P, with all royalties, . cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labour, cess required for the work including supervision charges, cost of cutting and trimming the extra fill in the slopes of the canal/flood embankment to design section, construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul roads, borrow areas and cost of related diversion arrangement for diversion of flow during working seasons and removal and disposal of the same after completion of the work etc. complete as per approved design, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding compaction charges (Measurement is to be taken on the finished compacted level section ).

Watering and compacting the earth fill in canal / flood embankments etc. under O.M.C. condition by sheep foot roller and dozer or any other suitable compaction equipments as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth to required design density to achieve 95% proctor density including cost of quality control tests, mobilization and demobilization, supplying, running and maintenance charges of all machineries and equipment, cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST, labour required for the work and inclusive of supervision charges for all heights of embankment with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per approved designs, drawings, specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge,(Measurements will be taken on compacted finished approved level section).

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and disposal of excavated materials for filling in river bank portion with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges & cess, , taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.R.H.G stone masonry in clay or sand or gravel grouted in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality form approved quarry including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and cur belling, watering etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charge, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting supplying and stacking good quality of moourm of PI Value more than 06 and sand from approved quarry of approved quality free from organic materials for road work for sub-base away from the trafficable berm in regular interval for regular box heaps of 1.5mx1.5mx0.44m to be measured as one cum including preparing of admixture of moorum and sand in proportion (70%moorum and 30%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with PRR with sufficient number of passes for each layer including watering turf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded granular materials of Grading-III as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including watering turf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost,conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade -II stone aggregates (of size 63mm to 45mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per specification and stone screened dust of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and stone screened dust for IRC grade-II metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness compacted to 75 mm required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstices by spreading stone screened dust over the metal surface including watering turf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalty, DMF, EMF, additional charges and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
