Construction of T/F plinth (FOR 100/250/400/630) KVA of size 2x2x1.5 m on a padding 0.25M deep in ground 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr hight & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick. brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be fiilled from the ground level up to 15 centimeter below from the top of wall, Cement, sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimeter. Two no. of channel 100x50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4. The t/fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

CHEMICAL PIPE EARTHING -The hollow pipe used in the chemical pipe earthing is fitted with a G.I. strip 50x6mm and CCM (Crystalline conducive mixture) is compressed in to the pipe and pipe is sealed at both the end. CCM is a semi metal and the hollow pipe filled with CCM behave like a salt pipe and therefore the current carrying capacity increases substantially. The CCM has a high melting temperature of 2500°c and unlike coal it will not burn into ashes under high temperatures of 1500°c under high fault currents occurring due to phase to phase or phase to earth fault. FRP FENCING- FRP Fencing with foldable gate height 1.52 mtr comlete work etc. The fencing is constructed utilizing vertical post duly grouted / fitted in ground/on floor. Horizontal rails fitted to the vertical posts, pickets (if required) fitted to rails and gate to facilitate entry and exit within the covered area.The vertical post shall be made out of FRP Pultruded hollow section. Such posts shall be kept preferably at a distance of 1000 mm c/c and shall be grouted in the ground with c.c. of ratio 1:4:8. The vertical posts shall be supplied with pre-drilled holes so as to accept rails and other accessories for fixing of gates etc. The length of vertical post shall be sufficient to take care of grouting, depth i.e. underground and height of fencing above the ground. Posts at corners and gate openings may be of different size/shape so as to take care of the fencing requirements. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)
