Name of Work: Comprehensive maintenance of Solar PV system (10kW p capacity standalone system with battery backup)- Comprehensive maintenance and replacement of defective component / equipment of the Solar power plant ,providing all labor, material, consumables etc. for routine and preventive maintenance all as required, as per technical specifications, guidelines of OEM's & as directed by EIC. Scope of work includes following which shall not be paid separately: i. Regular monthly cleaning and maintenance of the plant system including operation as required. ii. Monitoring of plant performance and supply of all technical, Production/operation data and information through a monthly report. iii. Undertake regular checks and maintenance activities, required to be carried out, as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment, on all the components of the power plant. iv. Carry out maintenance activities as a result of sudden failure/breakdown of any particular component or equipment. v. Undertake major overhaul of any component or equipment of the plant necessary on account of excessive wear & tear. vi. Prepare and m

NIT No: Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 12V, 200Ah Tubular solar application batteries of similar to model no 6LMS200L Exide make or equivalent approved with onsite replacement warranty period of min. 36 months. Note :1) The removed defective/ old battery shall be taken back by contractor at its own cost and Suitable rebate for old removed defective battery shall be considered in the quoted rates.

1) Bidders are requested to note that they should necessarily submit their financial bids in the format provided and no other format is acceptable. If the price bid has been given as a standard BoQ format with the tender document, then the same is to be downloaded and to be filled by all the bidders. Bidders are required to download the BoQ file, open it and complete the BLUE coloured (unprotected) cells with their respective financial quotes and other details (such as name of the bidder). No other cells should be changed. Once the details have been completed, the bidder should save it and submit it online, without changing the filename. If the BoQ file is found to be modified by the bidder, the bid will be rejected.

2) Bidders are advised to download this BOQ as it is and quote their offer/rates in the permitted column and upload the same in the commercial bid. Bidder shall not tamper/modify downloaded price bid template in any manner. In case if the same is found to be tempered/modified in any manner, tender will be completely rejected and EMD would be forefeited and tenderer is liable to be banned from doing business.

3) All the documents being submitted by the bidders would be encrypted using PKI encryption techniques to ensure the secrecy of the data. The data entered cannot be viewed by unauthorized persons until the time of bid opening. The confidentiality of the bids is maintained using the secured Socket Layer 128 bit encryption technology. Data storage encryption of sensitive fields is done. Any bid document that is uploaded to the server is subjected to symmetric encryption using a system generated symmetric key. Further this key is subjected to asymmetric encryption using buyers/bid opener’s public keys. Overall, the uploaded tender documents become readable only after the tender opening by the authorized bid openers.

Important Notes

I. General Instructions/ Notes: 1) The preventive maintenance and servicing work of electrical items (except Fire alarm system and Fire booster pump starter etc.) shall be carried out as per shcedule i.e. per quarter or as mentioned in the respective items. 2) Any item replaced during preventive maintenance/ servicing etc. shall have onsite replacement warranty for minimum one year or till the completion of work contract whichever period is later. 3) For Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning types of items shall have onsite replacement warranty for minimum one year or till the completion of work contract whichever period is later. (except otherwise, specifically mentioned in the items description e.g. battery etc.) 4) The GA/GTP for all the items shall be submitted to department for approval. 5) Factory inspection shall be carried as per work order techncial specifications & instructions of EIC. 6) Refer Specification for Electrical works-2024 for technical specifications of electrical items.(available on Web-site www.dcsem.gov.in.)

II. 1) The proposed work has to be carried out at Site offices, LIGO-India in Aundha, Hingoli, Maharashtra-431705

2) The tenderers are advised to visit the site to acquaint themselves regarding site conditions about the level of sub-soil water, drainage facility for dewatering, accessibility to the site etc., and quote the rates accordingly.

3) Vehicular movement shall abide by the regulations imposed by the concerned authorities. The contractor shall abide by the security rules & regulations of the Department. The approach roads should be kept clean & free from obstruction for smooth functioning.

4) The following security regulation shall be followed strictly while movement of labourers/workers/ contractor's personnel etc.

(i) The contractor shall issue I-Cards to his workers deployed on regular basis.

(ii) The supervisor of the contractor having photo pass can bring daily wage workers/ casual workers inside LIGO-Site office in Aundha, Hingoli, Maharashtra for work. He should prepare list of such workers in duplicate. The original copy shall be handed over to the representative of the Engineer in Charge at the gate and endorsement obtained on the duplicate, on daily basis.

(iii) Contractor shall arrange for Police Verification Certificate (PVC) for permanent labour and supervisors on the work as required by Local Authorities.

(iv) The contractor's personnel including daily wage workers shall be in uniform with proper identification for ease in identification of such persons at unauthorised places.

(v) The daily wage workers/ casual workers employed by the contractor must wear florescence High-Visibility wear without fail during their presence inside LIGO-Site office in Aundha, Hingoli, Maharashtra.

5) The contractor shall follow strictly the DAE safety rules .

6) The drawings issued for tender purpose are preliminary and indicative only. The working drawing shall be issued in phased manner at the time of execution. Nothing extra shall been entertained towards revision in drawings.

7) The contractor shall arrange water for construction purpose of his own.

The filling of gear oil shall be included in this item and the cost of light fitting shall be paid as per actual requirment and shall be paid separately.
