Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading 2 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By manual means (Qntty as per Statement and rate as per Analysis)

WBM Grading 3 Using screening Type B 11.2mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405.By manual means (Qntty as per Statement and rate as per Analysis)

Prime Coat ii Medium porosity : Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Take coat 'Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.20 to 0.25 kg. Per spm.on the prepared bituminous surface cleasred with Hydraulic l broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Qntty as per Statement )

Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate grading as per table 500.4 premix with bituminous binder transported to site upto a lead of 1000m laid over a previously prepared surfaced with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification CL 504 with 60/70 or VG-30 grade paved bitumen ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size) (Qntty as per Statement and rate as per Analysis)

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete : Providing laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggreagets of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the sesired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl.
