Disconnecting Electric connections from LT Control panel and starter of submersible pump set of following capacity, removing pipe line connections from discharge side including taking down/ out submersible pump set along-with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block , transportation to workshop for repair and back after repairs, lowering of pump in bore well after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gasket etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting Electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible sewage pump set of capacity 7.5 HP , removing pipe line connections from discharge side including taking down/out submersible pump set along-with columnn pipe from sewage borewell of depth 50 feets with the help of chain pully block/hydra machine , transportation to workshop for repair and back after repairs or cleaning the suction side with impeller of pump set by removing sludge,blockage, plythene & other foreign material , lowering of pump in borewell after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gasket etc. to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed .

Opening the submersible Pump / sewage pump set of following capacity including taking down/out the burnt winding wire, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge,weight etc.,repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the pump set in original position with required insulating material to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed . Make of pump sets:- KSB, BS and Great India.

Supplying and assembling super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge suitable upto 40 HP capacity submersible pump sets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only of spare parts for Submersible pump of 2-20 HP Capacity. NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 7.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

Material and labour for CI sluice valves, 150 mm Bore, class PN 1.0 ISI mark flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with including nut and bolts washers and rubber gasket including taking out of old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing MS tubing heavy duty (Class -C) column pipe, following size bore, 3 meter long, Conforming to IS-1239, coupled with heavy duty suitable size MS flanges 12mm thick duly welded on both sides with and including necessary nuts, bolts , washers , rubber packing etc and lowered into the bore well after taking down/out old unserviceable column pipe complete all as specified and as directed . Make: JINDAL/PRAKASH TUBES /TATA Notes: - (i) length of each column pipe shall be 3 Mtrs. (ii) taking down/out and Lowering of Submersible pump set shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250/300 mm bore pipe consisting of two parts complete with welding and machinery work having provision of cut out for passing of column pipe and fabricated out of mild steel sheet 3.15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying, laying and packing pea gravel of size 3mm to 6 mm around casing / housing pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconecting water pipe line , electric connections and taking down/out submersible pump set, of any capacity, from any location/depth alongwith column pipe, submersile cable including re lowering the same after devloping the borewell including replacement of rubber gasket, nut,bolts and washer etc whenever required complete all as specified.

Transportation of air compressor with tools and accessories at different locations in Delhi cantt area for devolopment of bore well.

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size not more than 110 meters deep at the pressure not less than 6 kgs/Sqcm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 450 cfm including air pipe and connected items to improve the yeild of tube well all as specified and directed by engineer in chage. (Note : development of bore well shall be carried out by lowering 100 mm dia GI pipe and air pressure pipe shall be lowered in 100 mm GI pipe to protect the casing pipe of bore well from excess air pressure and it shall be arranged in such a way that discharge of water and mud flows through 100 mm dia GI pipe and not through bore well casing pipe)

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size not more than 110 meters deep at the pressure not less than 10 kgs/Sqcm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 630 cfm including air pipe and connected items to improve the yeild of tube well all as specified and directed by engineer in chage. (Note : development of bore well shall be carried out by lowering 100 mm dia GI pipe and air pressure pipe shall be lowered in 100 mm GI pipe to protect the casing pipe of bore well from excess air pressure and it shall be arranged in such a way that discharge of water and mud flows through 100 mm dia GI pipe and not through bore well casing pipe)

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel nuts, bolts & washers etc of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of rubber packing suitable for flange 50 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for replacement of rubber packing suitable for flange 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for replacement of rubber packing suitable for flange 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing Ampere Meter as per existing model upto 50 Amp complete all as specified and as directed . Make: AE/PLAZA/ L&T or equivalent.

Supply and fixing Volt Meter as per existing model 0-500 Amp complete all as specified and as directed . Make: AE/PLAZA/L&T or equivalent.

Supply and fixing Timer switch dial type 24 hour upto 16 Amps complete all as specified and as directed . Make: L&T or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure guage 100 mm dia suitable for 0 to 10 Kg/sqmm for online purpose complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Removing blockage in bore well casing pipe at the depth not less then 110 feet from ground level by means of bocky or by any means without damaging the casing i.e. filter and blind pipe, upto the depth of bore. after removing, the blockage development shall be carried by means of air compressure for which payment shall be made against Srl item No. 29.00 & 30.00 here in before complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Development shall be measured & paid separetely. (ii) In case casing pipe (filter/ blind pipe ) found worn out due to rust , wear and tear and blockage of bore well could not be removed,development will not be carried out.

Supply, installation and testing of water meter, of 50 mm Bore, Woltman type class-B, flanged ends, with Nuts, Bolts, washers and rubber gaskets fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, including cutting of pipes complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Material and labour for painting of Submersible Pump set with Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed

An amount of Rs 92858.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
