Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 Phase, 22KW/30 HP, 415, 50Hz, 1500 rpm Kirloskar Make model No:KM180M, totally enclosed, Fan Cooled, Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with enclosure conforming to protection IP-55 Horizon+/- 5% ,AC Supply with ambient temperature 50 degree, Class "F" Insulation with temperature rise limited to Class "B" Coupled with Kirloskar make DSM 65/32 A, double stage pump having suction and delivery of 100 X 80 mm, having discharge of 30 LPS at 80 Mtrs head alongwith supplying and installation of base frame of requires size, coupling assembly with guard, CI Footvalve 4" dia, foundation bolt & Nuts, and all accessories etc as required to make the motor & pump set complete & running as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of open type Pannel Board of size 1.20 m x 0.60 m size made up of 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm MS angles, cross support with 40 mmx 6 mm MS flat, on top fixed with plyboard of 19mm thickness, with 1 mtr long two MS legs embedded in PCC concrete 1:3:6 with 01 coat of primer and 02 coats of synthetic paint, inter connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor 10 Sqmm cable for pannel board and also from starter to Motor connection, connection of 03 nos of batten holder with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable etc as required to hold the following accesories- a) Porcelein Kit-Kat Fuse ,100 Amps, - 03 Nos. b) MCCB 100 A , four pole, 10 KA, 440V - 01 No. c) PVC Batten holder, (For Indicator lamps) - 03 Nos. d) LED 0.5 W Bulb (RYB colour) - 03 Nos. e) Fully Automatic Three Phase Star-Delta Starter 22KW/30 HP, 440 Volts similar to Havells Cat No:IHHASDWB* (HGS Series) - 01 No. f) Nuetral Link 100 A - 01 No.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioning of Onload change over switch 100 Amps 4 pole 415 V AC with steel steel enclosure OCS-100/00 similar to Make Dehmy FTC onload change over switch 100 Amps 4 pole 415 V or equivalent.

Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with elelctrodite (Back fill compound ) as reqd for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclusure with cover plate having locling arrangement etc as reqd.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.
