M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted masonary built in cement mortar 1:6 including hammer dressing all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No 4 but except material , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with CM 1:3

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width (Type C-1) 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in cement morat 1:6, complete.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crsushed stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick,set,jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments.over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement motar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L heavy duty pavement tiles of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 12 mm /300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick for out door spaces any colour/pattren of (acid, skid , anti bactireal , stain resistance & scratch resistant, tiles) set jointed and pointed in chemical laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over and including a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified

M&L for Preperation of old decorated wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smokes soot, module, moss and effloroscent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified.

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) coforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E-250) Quality -A all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width/girth, applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Restraining and rescuring including making good staple of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing andincluding securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins,etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fixing in repairs for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil all as specified.

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of Concrete of any description (reinforced) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 in cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Cleaning and maintenance of sewage lines and attending day to day complaints of different type of cleaning of sewarage work such as blockage of WHB, WC, Urinal, sinks, bottle trap, floor trap, Nahani traps, "P" or "S" traps of WC, gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description, repairing of CI pipe joints (Lead/Cement joints), cleaning of sewage lines, manholes of any size and depth in various areas under IAM and Vayu vihar Camp to maintain sewage system fully functional with and including petty repairs items/ materials i.e screws, washers, plugs, grease etc, cutting of grass, vegetation, shrubs etc, digging out roorts within sewage shafts completely by crow bars, chisel etc and cleaning of rain water pipelines laid in any situation for cleaning and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional with manual / pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed and remvoal of sludge/mud outside MOD land, everyday excluding Sunday by deploying following manpower to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Complaint must be attended with in 24 hours of receipt of complaint . (ii) The cost of Transpotation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P, Flexible rods, wire, Bamboo sticks and other equipment and safty gear shall be arranged/bought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (iii) Apprroximate length of sewage line is 5800 Rm (iv) Apprroximate No. of MH IS 450Nos. (v) Apprroximate No. of Md Accn is 410 No. and OTM 125 No.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceed 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement.
