Brick work using common burnt building bricks in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with bricks of class designation 40 kg / cm2 (wire cut bricks).b) In superstructure upto floor five level.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness.The laminate shallbe moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat . WOODEN SOFA SIZE: 2000 MM(L) X 850mm(D) X 900 mm(HT) (B2) Refurbishing existing wooden sofa which includes removing old laminate,foam,cloth, polish etc. and finishing it with new leatherite of approved colour. The existing frame and all exposed teak wood members & teak wood lipping shall be finished with 3 coats or more of melamine polish (Matt/Gloss) to match the colour/ shade of the laminate including final coat of buffing till the required finish is achieved & shall be completed with cleaning, refixing doors in the same position. All material shall be of approved make. CURTAINS. Providing and fixing in position Black out polyster fabric (300 gsm) curtains ( basic rate 450 ruppes per meter ) & inclusive of hardware fittings like 25mm thick SS. 304 grade curtain rod with centre and end sockets, etc. complete. LETTERS OF BUILDING NAME (EXTERNAL). SIZE OF THE THREE DIMENSIONAL LETTER : 15MM (W) X 150MM (HT). Providing and fixing in position signage made up of 316 grade SS brush finish box type three dimensional letters having plate thickness 1 mm and the depth of the letter shall be 20mm, lettering of width 15 mm x height 150 mm and it will be fixed to the wall / RCC work at all heights in line and level by means of 6 mm dia fully threaded stainless steel holdfast which will be vertically welded/ threaded to the bottom side of the letter.
