PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC B/R WORKS IN ZONE-I UNDER GE(S) JAIPUR AT MIL STN JAIPUR

M&L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces after applying anticorrosive paint over cleaned rusted steel surface including demolition old RCC surfaces (chajjas, fins, beams , borders etc and applying 30mm thick polymer modified mortar in CM 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives for repair of Chajjas fins, border etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cleaning of rusted part of steel and applying anticorrosive paint over it. (ii) Qty of ploymer to be used 15% by weight of the cement or as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iv) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required. (v) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (vi) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building of height upto two storey. Make :- (i) The epoxy bonding agent shall be Krishna / Dr Fixit / MC Bauchemie / M/s Cemistik / Sika or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Polymer latex addictive shall be of Sika / Fosroc / Dr Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying smartcare Hydroloc damp proof in two coats over old or newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces for treating dampness and efflorescence as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior graded weather proof paint including scffolding upto two/three storey building complete all as specified and directed. Make for Acrylic Emulsion Paint : Apex Ultima of Asian Paint / Weather Shield Max of Dulux / Weather Coat Anti Dust of Berger or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note :- Acrylic Emulsion Paint shall be carried out as specified in clause 15.17 of SSR Part-I including all necessary arrangement such as scaffolding / working plateform for execution of work.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coat of texture paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and apply one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceilings and apply one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
