Repairing and Servicing of 1.5 TR window/Split/Ductable AC Units in various T.E Buildings/BTSs under OA Varanasi, BA Varanasi

Visit charges of AC mechanic to individual BTS/Exchange anywhere within Varanasi district (Except Varanasi City with in 20 K.M. Diameter) including checking the all airconditions installed in the premises of particular site, providing detailed report including attending minor defects if any. (Note - For rectification of faults after site visit, no additional visit charges are allowed)

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, de-dusting by high pressure air blower,& gun machine washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, minor repairs, if required, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.(Visit charges of AC mechanic are not allowed for servicing )

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR /3.0 TR Ductable AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, de-dusting by high pressure air blower,& gun machine washing condenser, evaporator i/c chemical cleaning (if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, minor repairs, if required, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.(Visit charges of AC mechanic are not allowed for servicing )

Vaccumising, leakage testing, pressure testing brazing after that charging of refrigerant gas (R22/R32/R410) in the refrigerant circuit of existing window/split AC/ductable AC units etc.complete as required.

Replacement of faulty /defective 1.5 TR capacity compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test , supplying & charging required qty. refrigerant gas i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/Coapland or SS make) (Note - The firm shall submit test certificate & Invoice or documentary proof towards purchase of New compressor.) The defective compressor shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)

Replacement of faulty damaged Indoor Fan Motor for Split AC/Ductable AC unit in existing split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory). (A). Star rated/Inverter type Split AC/Ductable AC unit (LG/Hitachi/Sumsang/Carrier etc make)

(B)-Conventional type/Non star rated Split AC/Ductable AC unit (LG/ Videocon/Koolaire/Carrer/Hitachi etc make)

Replacement of faulty damaged Outdoor Fan Motor for Split AC/Ductable AC unit in existing split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory). (A). Star rated/Inverter type Split AC/Ductable AC unit (LG/Hitachi/Sumsang/Carrier etc make)

Replacement of faulty damaged Blower in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory). (A). Replacement of faulty damaged Fan blade of outdoor condensor unit in existing split /Ductable AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.(NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Replacement of choked / faulty 20 mm dia PVC drain pipe in recess or on surface for drainage of split AC units i/c connections etc complete as reqd.

Replacement of faulty 45/50mfd running capacitor with new one for split / window type AC unit complete as required

Supply & Fixing of fan motor for Window type Air Conditioner i/c minior wiring reparing, connection, testing etc as reqd.

Replacement / supplying & laying of 3 x 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor unarmoured cable of 1.1KV Grade on surface/wall i/c making connections, testing etc complete as reqd. (ISI Make)

Repairing of faulty damaged PCB assembly main in existing split AC/Ductable AC units including removal of faulty spares, etc., complete as required.

Replacement of faulty / burnt outdoor PCB of existing 1.5 TR Inverter Split AC unit of all type and model with new one i/c making interconnection testing etc as required at site.

Replacement of faulty / burnt Indoor PCB of existing 1.5 TR Inverter Split AC unit of all type and model with new one i/c making interconnection testing etc as required at site.

Replacement of faulty damaged 5-32 A DP MCB C-series in existing window / split AC units including removal of faulty spares, supplying and fixing new one testing, commissioning etc., complete as required. (NOTE- The defective material shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory).

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/ 32amps 240 volts “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
