Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°raft, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 graded crshd stne agg. 20mm nominal size all carriages of material involved & head load.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: foundation, footings, bases of columns

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 5.22C.1Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-415 or Fe-500D or more as per requirement of structural Design Including carraige of material involved
