Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable etc. and for foundation of poles, stays etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Description all as per Serial item No 1 above but Add to item 1 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, watering & consolidation in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for bricks covering to under ground electric cable using sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old broken PCC pole of any size including foundation and removing the same from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply errecting & fixing in true vertical position pre-stressed concrete poles 11 metre long, 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class-9 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 including necessary painting complete all as specified.(Note : Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply errecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 9 mtr long,102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom,class 10 complete as specified & directed (Note : Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate . in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation of Panel & Transformer yeard, pole/stay/ of pole all as specified & directed by Enge-in- Charge

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping for replacement of new pole and breaking old existing coping and like including weather slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throaty and necessary form work complete for pole ,all as specified and directed .

Taking down unserviceable/old ACSR conductor any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Stretching in replacement Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for HT/LT OH lines on poles including stringing ,binding with aluminium wire 14 SWG or aluminium tape incl jumpers complete connecting of disconnected cable, service cable and street light connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable galvanized earth steel wire of any size and existing hexagonal cradle guard HT/LT poles and removing binding wire and removal of the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Stretching in replacement 4mm dia GI earth wire/guard cradles on existing LT poles binding with and including GI binding wire 1.63 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly complete and removing from site

Supply and fixing in replacement stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14 mm dia, 40 cm long complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part – I using galvanised stay rod 20mm dia, 215 cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick 2 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50x6mm flat iron, loop stay insulator, stay wire 7/8 SWG complete including painting all exposed surfaces of MS work shall be given two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule)

Dismantling insulator any type/ any size from LT/HT poles complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of insulators pin type porcelain, vitreous ,white or brown or green insulator of size 50 mm height, 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 V grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one nut including removing the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shackle type ,procelain, vitreous, white,brown, or green insulator of size 75mm height and 90mm dia suitable for 1100V, including Galvanised MS straps,washers, insulator bolts,washers and nuts complete,all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled Red, with letters, figures, and coventional skull and bones, in signal white colour and fixed with MS CLAMPS, bolts, and nuts of approved size, for LT 20 X 15 Cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc and removing from site

Material & labour in replacement of Cross Arms bracings supports, channels, clamps, anti climbing device, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts , washers,welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing/stretching incl jointing in situ of different sizes of ACSR conductors or GI earth continuity conductors with/ without guarding wires on HT/ LT electric poles at different locations all as ordered manually or by mechanical means to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes after stringing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Stretching of 4 conductor will be considered as one span length for measurement purpose. (b) Qty of GI earth wire or ACSR conductor reqd to be replaced or extended during stringing operation shall be measured and paid separately.

Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation, 2pole /4 pole structure and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation , 2pole /4 pole structure and transporting to authorized service centre/ work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing , commissioning & testing of the following capacity: NOTE:- The above quoted rates include labour charges for replacing Spares/ parts as required which shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in relevant items . Material and labour for replacement of breather assembly filled with silica gel complete for transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA.

Supply & pouring of fresh transformer oil in transformers for topping up the level or replacement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Transformer oil shall confirm to relevant IS -335 and dielectric strength of 45 KV and getting it tested before and after filling complete all as directed and specified.

Material & labour for cleaning sprinkled transformer oil and all other foreign materials from external surface of transformer of capacity up to 63 KVA and preparing the surface to receive paint, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including writing SM No/MES No with paint on black base complete all as directed and specified.

All as per item 112 here-in- before but for 100 KVA to 200 KVA.

M & L for Opening / disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out LT/HT cable of any size 3 to 4 core from Transformer, LT Panel, DBs and any other connection, cutting the defective portion of cable, providing required size of thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer of cap up to 200 KVA , 11/0.433 KV to obtain dielectric strength more than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap including, testing complete all as specified and directed.. Note - Contractor has to bring Centrifusing machine at site for dehydration.

Supply and fixing in replacement silica gel Crystals complete all as specified and directed.

Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the distribution transformer mounted on platform/ 2 or 4 pole structure and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting all complete electric connection of the transformer from both HT/LT side including earthing strips, opening of transformer head and replacing cork sheet/gasket for stopping oil leakage from bushing/body including refixing all the accessories and making good to the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed.Note The rate of hydra crane are included in the quoted rate.

Shifting of trolly mounted transformer from sub stn to required location & connecting the LT and HT connection and all earthing connection and testing to restoring the supply during the period of repair of existing transformer in workshop and disconnecting and reshifting the transformer in the sub stn after the repaired transformer shifted in the existing location complete all specified and directed. Note The rate of hydra crane are included in the quoted rate.

Suplying and laying of gravels of size 25 mm to 40 mm for all electrical sub station, transformer and panel plateform and making even surface complete all as specified and directed.
