WATER TRANSMISSION ARRANGEMENT Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earthwork in excavation of field trenches as per designed section & alignment for laying of pipe lines(PVC,RCC,ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete.

Laying of P.v.C. pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve /straight line using P.V.C. fittings, viz. Bend, Tee, Reducer etc. and making leak proof joints with couplers after roughening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by Deptt.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. b) 200 mm dia

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC,RCC,ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trences in layer not exceeding 225 mm , including watering & ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(a) Pakur vareit

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work in cement mortar (1 : 6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. a) In foundation & plinth.

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (c) 15 mm thick plaster. .

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. Complete..

Gas cutting to required size of 5 mm thick M.S. plate, N.S.C. channel etc. including labour charges, hire charges for all tools and plants. 150mm ERW pipe

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary.(b) On steel surface (Normal gloss).Two coats (with any shade except white)

Labour charges for fitting, fixing 150 mm. Dia. Alfa-Alfa valve with 140 mm. dia.P.V.C. pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C. tail-piece by joining the P.V.C.End of Tail-piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of Tail-piece and Alfa-Alfa valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifing the exact location of Major RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm × 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and ward Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soiling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of EIC

Testing of pipe line system against leakages by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entirepipe line net work for at least 4 (four) hour by running the departmental Diesel Engine pumping set, including supplying necessary fuels & lubricants and hiring and transporting tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-inCharge

Carriage charge (4%) on every item from Sl. no-27 to 48 excluding Sl. No-27,28,31 & 48 on 189486.37
