M&L, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fitting and mass concrete

M&L for 15-20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Supplying and laying of Precast U-Shape Strom water Drains having in to in dimension 600mm x 600mm of top thickness _50mm and bottom thickness of _70_mm of 2000mm long each from T6 load carrying capacity-4.8Ton axel load and 2.4 T wheel load confirming to BIS/JIS having high performance self-compacting concrete M-40 cylindrical strength / M-50 Grade cube strength and Fe500/Fe550D reinforcement. The product should be manufactured with self compacting concrete in wet-cast method only and dully steam cured for accelerated curing. The product shall have tie shape joint 10-20mm with 25mm depth groove as per BIS/JIS on both side of each storm water drain for jointing two precast storm water drains using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The precast utility duct must consists of special in-built inlet at appropriate location for fixing de-shackle for mechanical installation, including supply transportation, installation of specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning and filling cement slurry b/w two segment joint etc complete all as specified and directed. 2. Contractor shall be enlisted with MES in Class ‘B’ and above and category a(i) having MOU with Precast/ Prefabricated manufacturer who has executed precast/ prefabricated building works with satisfactory performance subject to satisfactory remarks with performance in respect of works in hand as reflected in Workload return (WLR) or any other report circulated by competent engineer authority. The contractor should have possessed Provident Fund Code Number and GST Registration Number. Construction of 50 users Septic tank to carry sewage and sludge water, complete all as specified and shown in Drg No. STD 1320 (C) Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of Chief Engineer Chandigarh Zone and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be in any type of soil. (b) The cost of all above provisions and other provisions as shown in drawings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, laying of pipeline etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- Ensurance of workmen, cleaning of site, removal of all hinderance's/obstructions, unforseen item, Electric cable, Gas Pipe line etc and permisssion from other department should be responsibility of contractor ,restoring and getting the same constructed/Repaired/Replacement , nothing extra shall be payable. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Eng. In Charge

Removal of excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc. 1.5 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frame).
