Banker Details

The bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/supplier /authorized service provider in India who have successfully supplied/repaired/serviced & tested rotor field pole body of 50MW or above capacity generators to any power plant/Industry in proceeding last five years. In proof of this, bidder should submit copy of single work/purchase order of total value not less than Rs. 3.75 lakhs and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished.(A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 7.5 Lakhs. In proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026-27).

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract of the above within last 5 years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard (Annexure-A). Bidders shall furnish notarized declaration in Rs. 200 Non Judicial stamp paper in Schedule G.

Any bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority.
