Schedule 'A' Part-VIII (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ivory colour including all accessories, heavy duty ISI marked, after chasing in wall ceiling etc with sunk in anodized pressed steel box 1.6 mm thick, 60 mm deep for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3mm thick sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, shasses and making good disturbed surfgace to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge for foolowing :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

Item No 02 : Point wiring with 1100-volts grade single core confirming to IS 694 (1990) PVC insulated-unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) for one three pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board, with continuous earth wire of 2.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated-unsheathed (FRLS), drawn in & including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with conduit fitting & accessories (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia & sunken anodized pressed steel sheet boxes for housing/ fixing switches , sockets etc covered with 3 mm thick white laminated bakellite sheet (ISI marked), complete all as specified.

Item No 03 : Sub main wiring with; 4 no single core PVC (FRLS) insulated-unsheathed 6 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable & 2 no single core PVC (FRLS) insulated-unsheathed 6 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor (Green), drawn in & including suitable dia (but not less than 20 mm dia) concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with all conduit fittings (ISI marked), complete. (Four runs of current carrying conductor cable, two run of earth continuity conductor cable & PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length)

Item No 05 : Supply and Fix for metal clad box suitable triple pole and earth enclosure with three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 32 amps 415 V 50 Hz 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 : S & F for energy saving new generation environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 security light fitting luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of capacity 30 watts with warranty option of 5years from date of installation, pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements and provision of of 2.5 Sqmm twin core copper conductor cable multi stranded from fitting to junction box including necessary GI pipe bracket medium grade 40mm dia 1.5m lomg bend to required shape, MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Lightning protection

Item No 12 : M & L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanized iron strap 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/ bolt & washer of galvanized iron or galvanized steel drawn hrough 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 03 of SSR part-I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work for GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Item No 15 :Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 400 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. Item No 18 :- Supplying install and erect in rrue vertical of Prestressed concrete poles of 9.0 meter long having 102 mm X 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottem, class 10 including necessary foundation and coping, painting with synthetic enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/ figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. comjjplete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earthwork, cement concrete, cross arms etc. will be measured and paid under approprite items.

Earthwork, excavation & site clearance

Item No 19 : Supply only approved earth out of MOD land including digging, transporting and depositing etc on site complete all as specified and as directed.
