REPAIRS TO ROOF LEAKAGE, WATER SUPPLY & SANITARY WORK, GROUND FLOOR REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMPOUND WALL AT TLH HIREKERUR IN HAVERI DISTRICT

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

The Tenderer or his identified sub contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works issued by KPWD/Government Electrical Inspectorate and should have executed similar building electrical works totaling Rs. 0.00 Lakhs in any one financial year Note:Consent letter of the subcontractor should be uploaded

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works issued by BWSSB/KUWS&DB and should possess valid licence for executing water supply or sanitary engineering works issued by competent authority and should have executed similar water supply or sanitary engineering works total Rs. 6.00 Lakh in any one financial year, Note:Consent letter of the sub contractor should be uploaded

Clause 3.2(c) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25). Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1 Alluminium Windows and Partitions 475.00 Kgs 2 Flooring / Dadooing (Vitrified/ Granite/Ceramic/Cement concrete/ cladding) 1750.00 Sqm 3 Painting 10,900.00 Sqm 4 Flush Doors 100.00 Sqm 5 Stainless Steel railing 330.00 Kgs 6 UPVC Work 95.00 Sqm. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (c).

Clause ITT 3.2(b)To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been Satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work of value not less than Rs. 42.20 Lakhs as prime contractor. Note : The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (b).

Clause ITT 3.2(a): To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/its name should have in the last five years i.e.(2020-21 to 2024-25) The tenderer should have been achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs. 84.30 Lakhs. Note : a) For Clause 3.2 (a) the certificate duly certified by the charted accountant is to be submitted

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available ender capacity (AxNx2.5 - B) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited
