S/R to RD Road to Gayabandha via Jamusahi Road

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). etc. complete as directed E.I.C. WBM -IRC grade-III (Using stone screened dust)

Providing and applying Primer coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying tack coat over the bituminous surface with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set using 0.20Kg / Sqm. area including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work induding cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P, all other matermls required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providin & laying Semi dense bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where Spefied) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge. Providing & laying good laterite moorum for filling road flanks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Costruction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts transporting to site by mechanical means with a leads of 5 km spreading grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement etc complete. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
