Remedial measures by Strengthening and Protective Coating in the RCC PSC Structures of Coal Jetty 1 Conveyor System 14 from JT 1E towards West Long Span 6 10 of TTPS in Red Gate area North Break Water of VOC Port at ECHS areas

Chipping and removing the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC structures including all foreign materials and leaving behind only firm and solid concrete including cleaning with water, removing the loose rust deteriorated on the reinforcement by brushing and sand blasting or hydro blasting at a pressure not exceeding 7 Kg/cm²., cleaning with jet air etc, including applying one coat of Nitozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement rods, including all labours, tool equipments, staging propping etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Gunitting the prepared concrete surface at an average thickness of 50mm in two layer of 25mm each using op/pp cement mortar (1:3) by volume as per ISI 9082/1978 using guniting equipment the mixture being ejected and shot in to the surface by means of compressed air including treating the existing concrete surface before guniting with watering and applying cement slurry including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, staging, transport etc complete.

Supplying Cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever using GI weld mesh of size 75 X 50mm 10gauge to the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in postion as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift, etc, complete

Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S / equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc, complete.
