Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for first quality joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for 1st quality, joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in C.M 1:6 etc complete all as specified & as directed

All the same as per here-in-above but vitrified tiles of size on vertical surfaces such as skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. rendering 15mm thick in C.M 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces etc. complete all as specified & as directed

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads exc 1.50 sqm complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil puty (or beading) in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & fixing factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars all as specified.

Supply and fixing Factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick commercial ply or 12mm thick vaneered particle board with commercial veneered on both sides, incl priming coat, duly hammer marked. The size of rail & style shall be as per IS 1003 part-1 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated incl one coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of door shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of window shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx 47 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforce with M.S square tube as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made soild PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2.4 (or) 6 rails panel design with 2 mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethen painted on the front face and 2 mm plain PVC sheet on back face with partical bpard core etc specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles on forming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thick and glazing with oil puty or fixed with wdn beads in squares n.exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound (External surface), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. NOTE :- WPC measured under item no. 45.00.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur faces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement or lime )complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L preparatin of new / previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc.applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified as per manafature instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) as directed at site fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, otching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars sholderedcand /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars,barred iron dooes,ladders, framed balustereds, walk ways railing frameworks of water tank and similar works all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling un framed work 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L 2nd class HW clean Sawn timber scantling/posts complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators of powder coating minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron with one or more rebates including joining cleat forfixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Material and labour for false ceiling with one layer of 'LaGyp' standard boards manufactures by M/S Lafarge Board Gypsum India Pvt Ltd, at all height and levels. Standard boards of size 1220x1830x12.5mm, standard board to be laid on 'LaGyp' universal channel (web 45 mm premanunfacturers specifications metal comprising of "LaGyp" universal channel (web 45 mm and flange 27mm base metal thickness (BMT) 0.55 mm and length 3660 mm to be used as main channel as well as ceiling channel. "LaGyp" connecting clips, perimeter channel ( Size of web 28 mm, flange 18/30 mm and length 3660 mm, MBT 0.55 mm) and "L" angle (Lenght 3050 mm BMT 0.55 mm) with finally the board are to be Jinded and finished so as to have a flush look with which includes filling and finishing the tepered and square edges of the board with "LaGyp" easy joint Gypsum based jointing compound, "LaGyp" paper tape. The rate should include providing and laying two or more coats of oil bound distemper to give a neat and even finish including preparing the base with primor and scaffolding etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing pre-laminated particle board 19mm thick, interior grade pre laminated one side with decorative choice laminations and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber / steel frame work as in shelves or shutters or wall panelling, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour piano hings, mild steel bright finish width of flap 30mm fixed in repair including taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing magnetic catches 100 mm brass body for use in cup boards of kitchen, ward robes etc. fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 40mm dia cupboard knob of brass, polished, fixed with nut screw and washer, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to roof leakage by using 100mm wide STP flash strip complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 398201.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
