Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 over brick / concrete wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement for internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of loose/ damaged /cracked / previously repaired / delaminated or weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete where ever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm and disposal of rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 50 mtrs including cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying of 10mm thick hand applied Sika Monotop 122F single component, dual srinkage compensated thixotropic high strength formulation trawlable mortar on the brick wall including pointing of brick joint over a bond coat of sika latex (1:4:6) water cement and sika latex consumption @ 100 gm/sqm on the wall surfaces. the PMM should have compressive strength > 45 MPa in 28 days as per ASTM C 109 (7 cm cube) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing the plaster of thickness up to 15mm over the brick masonry surface by providing and applying a bond coat of Sika Latex: Water: Cement - 1:4:6 with Sika Raintite-i consumption @100gm/sqm on the wall surface followed by hand mix of cementitious mortar 1:4 to be mixed with permeability reducing polymer Sika Raintite-i @ 400gm/sqm (6%) by weight of cementitious content at time of mixing with water as per manufacturer's recommendations including all lead life, levelling the surface, curing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 12-16 mm dia injection ports non retunable nozzle by drilling, cleaning and sealing holes 50-75mm deep with fast setting high epoxy putty , solvent free , three component compound based on epoxy resins,graded fillers, and thixotropic agents as approved by GE as in beams, columns, slab and parapets as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply of 3 parts, very low viscous elastic polyacrylic injection resin Sika @ Injection 306 with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having mixed viscosity: 3-11 M pa s at + 20 degree C, reaction time: adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 Mins PH - 9-10. Tested as per wissbau No 2002- 094- (1A) function test with re- injectable hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx. 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump Sika @ injection- 306@ at > 20 bar into a behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted area if voids is masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout when movement stop or Sika @ injection - 306 appears at the next packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy inject similarly at next joint line complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor will submit the warranty certificate of efflorescence for 03 years from date of completion of work complete all as specified and directed.

Making the grooves 10mmx10mm above coating area and fill with SIKAFLEX 127, single component, elastic, moisture curing, hybrid polyurethane based construction sealent and adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Note: contractor will submit the warranty certificate of efflorescence for 03 years from date of completion of work

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete substrate in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone/brick/ concrete masonry surfaces with using integral water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto three storeys complete all as specified and directed.
