Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour glazed tiles with printed design of 30x30x6mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete

Flooring with Ceramic tiles in CM 1:3 Mix 20mm thk. of approved brand and colour including pointing with coloured cement etc complete

Supply of U-Pvc Casement Window at site by using with U-Pvc Profile JP 017 (58mm x 60mm 1.00 kg/m) for the outer frame .Total breadth is being divided equally in to two three or four openings (as per drawing).By using U-Pvc Profile JP 015 (78mm x 60mm 1.15 kg/m) for the shutters and the Mullion use U-Pvc Profile JP 019 (72mm x 60mm 1.20kg/m) and completed by fusion welding. All the shutters are fitted with 5mm clear glass with suitable U-Pvc glass bead. The windows are properly fitted with imported quality handles,SS 304 grade steel friction hings & Espengnett. use EPDM Material as gasket. All the profile are Reinforcement with 1.2mm GI Steel. Imported Anchor Fastners are being used to fix in the wall and fill with imported White sealant.

The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Solid PVC door shutter using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fix in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The cover all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 70mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard blue granite metal by volume for levelling course in foundation trenches manholes inspection chambers etc., including charges for scaffolding , shoring , strutting, bailing out water if necessary ramming , consolidating cuing etc., cost and conveyance of all materials complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads &lifts inside the building

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 mix (one cement,five sand) using II class table moulded bricks to a size of 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the mortor, constructing, curing to required period and wherever the masonry projection is necessary for elevation shall be done with out extra cost etc complete as per std spn.upto basement

Plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix (1 part cement and 3 part sand) using 20mm thick

Supply and Fixing of 600x600mm SFRC Manhole Cover of approved quality

Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats along with base coat of approved quality (ISI Standard) paint as per the standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work)

PAINTING new IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars Weld mesh, wire mesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over a base coat of red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work.
