UPGRADATION & REFURBISHMENT OF WEIGHBRIDGE

Roefurbishment of Weigh bridge — gradation & Refurbishment of existing weighbridge of platform size 14x3Mtrs from Pit mounted to Surface mounted by converting it int 3 modules with top end chequered plate and bottom MS Plate and Loadcell fixing arrangement within the deck, incl freight charges. Detailed Scope of works-• Existing weighbridge to be refurbished to an complete sandwich modular welded structure with provision f 4 Loadcells on the mother module & 2 digital loadcells each in adder modules.• Components of weighbridge should be of 1 Mother m ule & 2 Nos of adder modules to accommodate of total 8 Nos of digital loadcells with guide rails.• Existing weighbridge to be upgr ed & refurbished from pit mounted to pitless.• Loadcell fixing arrangement should be in an enclosure to restrict unauthorized acce and with simple mounting facilities with default vertical alignment to ensure accuracy• Structure / Sandwich modular deck should upgraded & refurbished to confirm fixing the available C6 digital loadcells.• Supplier should confirm installation and commission g of the weighbridge with the available digital loadcells and indicator.• Scope of work includes fixing, testing, calibrating & co issioning weighbridge with available C6 Digital Loadcells• Structure should confirm with epoxy painting of total upto 120 microns.
