Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing, leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling in Foundation and basement and trenches etc., with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and well consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, five sand and ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for road including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, in panels including pumping tamping, vibrating and leveling with Ride-on trowel machine etc complete including curing well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification as directed by Engineer in charge. a.)For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand /M sand) using Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 ½” x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For Foundation and basement

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand ) 12mm thick in all floors including curing and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Removing the existing Manhole cover and refixing the same in correct position and alignment with necessary earth work, finishing with cement mortar etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of FRP manhole cover 600mm dia with 20 Tonne capacity heavy duty including labour charges etc., complete in correct position and alignment.

Flooring with the Eurocon tiles of size 0.30 x0.30 m 20mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) mixed with colour oxide including laying, finishing, polishing with machine polish, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of FRP Gully grating with frame for drainage cover over the cable trench including labours etc., complete.

Supplying and laying interlocking paver block of 80mm thick of required shape in TAMIN product or equivalent graphitiles including laying, vibrating, finishing, includes cost of sand, loading unloading and transporting charges etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, stair case steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to a height of 3.29m meter for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, beams TEE or ELL beams, lintels staircases beams etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification in all floors.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. (For foundation basement)

Supplying and fixing of expansion joint 10mm to 20mm thick using bitumen pad (or) Epoxy membrane including labours, materials etc., complete

Providing and cutting of transferes constructions dummy joints of M40 CC slab for a depth of 100mm and a width of 6mm as directed including surface etc., complete.

Supply laying and jointing PVC pipe of approved quality and ISI make of the following dia including cutting and pasting wherever necessary, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Below Ground Level) a.160mm dia PVC pipe 6Kg/cm2with ISI mark

Providing inspection chambers of various sizes by 9” thick brick walls using second sort table moulded chamber burnt bricks of sizes 9”x 4½”x3” in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) and plastered inside with Cement Mortar 1:3(One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and outside surfaces in C.M. 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick. A precast cover slab of 75mm thick shall be provided for the chamber. The rate includes necessary earth work excavation to the required depth, sand filling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five sand and ten aggregate) 75mm thick etc., complete. 60 X 60 X 90cm (Inner dimension)

Supply and erection of 5 HP Submersible motor pump with 2" dia delivery three phase of approved make confirming to ISI (SUGUNA/TEXMO/BEST DECON/BEST &CRAMPTON) suitable for 300’ head etc. No other pumps other than the above will be considered for the supply including panel board, cable etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Cast Iron grating of size 150x150mm including labour charges etc., complete

Supplying laying and joint PVC pipes of approved quality and conforming to I.S.S. and with ISI mark of the following sizes including cutting threading and fixing required specials etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 63mm dia PVC pipes - 6 Kg /CM 2 with ISI mark

Providing Rain water collection chambers of various sizes by 9” thick brick walls using second sort table moulded chamber burnt bricks of sizes 9”x 4½”x3” and inside Plastered with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and outside surfaces in C.M. 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick. A ready made heavy duty precast cover slab of 75mm thick shall be provided for the chamber. The rate includes necessary earth work excavation to the required depth, sand filling, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five sand and ten aggregate) 100mm thick, brick work, plastering and precast ready made heavy duty RCC cover slab, labour for fixing cover slab and transport charges etc., complete. 1.80 X 1.20 X 1.60 Meter (Inner dimension)

Clearing the site using JCB on hire basis around the proposed building and making approach road to the site etc., complete.

Removing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., (The capacity of the lorry should not be less than 2.83 cubic meters)

WET MIX MACADAM Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrating roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.
