The Tenderer should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or An authorized dealer of OEM 1)If OEM is bidding a self declaration should be attached. 2)Declaration on the Letter Head of the OEM as per the format enclosed at Section XIII

Should be a Company registered with concerned authority and should be operating in India for the past five years.Copy of Certificate of registration for the Bidder

The bidder should have positive net worth in each of the last 3 audited financial years ending March A certificate from the Chartered Accountant clearly stating the Net Worth in the last audited financial years

The bidder should have turnover more than or equal to Rs.6.25 Lakhs in each of the 03 preceding audited financial years (2021-22,2022-23,2023-24) Certificate from Chartered Accountant of the organization along with Profit and Loss Statements and Balance sheets for the said period

The Bidder should have Service Centers in each of the districts being serviced (for the purpose of service centers, bidders own service centers or OEMs service centers are considered). In case, the bidder is not having the requisite number of service centers as on bid submission date, the Bidder shall submit the undertaking to establish the requisite service centers within 3 months from the date of supply and installation of equipment.List of Service Centers (Name, Full Address, Contact Number, Mail ID)List of Service Engineer details for each Service Center (Name, Qualifications, Yrs of experience, Contact Number, and mail ID)Undertaking to establish the Services Centers

The bidder should have executed at least one single project including Supply of Hardware and Maintenance, worth not less than Rs. 6,25,000/-in the last 3 Years to any Government / PSUs. Proof of Purchase Order / Agreement

Bidders should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates, which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications and other documents to be used for the supply of goods to be purchased under this Invitation for Tenders Self Declaration on Notarized Affidavit on 100 Rs.
